Clients are responsible for confirming that all debris to be removed is non-hazardous and authorized for removal. Payment Terms

Pricing for BuildClear services is based on site assessment, square footage, construction type, and scope of work. A detailed quote will be provided before work begins. Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Deposits or prepayment may be required. If payment is not received by the due date, BuildClear reserves the right to suspend services and pursue collection action. Refunds for incomplete or cancelled services will be determined on a case-by-case basis according to work completed and costs incurred.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Weather, site access issues, or unforeseen conditions may require rescheduling at BuildClear's discretion, with reasonable notice to the client.

Limitation on Scope Changes

The scope of work outlined in your service agreement is binding. Requests to add, expand, or modify services during or after the scheduled work window will be charged at BuildClear's standard rates and require written approval before work proceeds. BuildClear is not obligated to accommodate scope changes that would delay completion or conflict with other scheduled projects.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
